Remote Access
One of the best things about the benefits of Wagoneer Client Services is how easy they are to access. Services provided by the program that can be accessed remotely include virtual showrooms, vehicle health information, and service scheduling. The virtual showrooms allow you to take a detailed tour of the Wagoneer model that interests you from the comfort of your own home. Additionally, you can get information about your vehicle's health within the Wagoneer Client Services smartphone application, website, or on the in-vehicle touchscreen. Lastly, the program allows you to schedule service appointments from the smartphone app, website, or touchscreen. On the day of your appointment, an equivalent service loaner vehicle will be dropped off when your Wagoneer is picked up at no charge, allowing you to continue your day uninterrupted.
24/7 Support and Other Benefits
Any vehicle owner knows that anything can happen at any time when you're on the road. Wagoneer Client Services knows this, which is why they implemented a 24/7 roadside assistance program. When you contact a Wagoneer Ambassador for roadside assistance, a truck will be dispatched to your exact location to provide services, including a jumpstart and towing to the nearest certified service center. In addition, if your Wagoneer becomes inoperable on a trip, Wagoneer Client Services will provide you with trip interruption coverage of up to $1,000 for each use. Furthermore, the program covers preventative maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations. Other services provided by the program include interior and exterior cleaning plus a full tank of gas after each service appointment, VIP access to exclusive Jeep Brand events, and more.
