What is Jeep Wave Customer Care?

Jeep Wave is a customer loyalty program that gives Jeep owners exclusive offers beyond a manufacturer's warranty. When Jeep Wave covers your Jeep, you'll enjoy 24/7 assistance, exclusive maintenance offers, and more. In addition to Jeep Wave being standard on the entire 2021 lineup, the coverage has also been extended from the usual 24 months to 36 months, allowing you to reap Jeep Wave's benefits for a whole extra year!

What are the Benefits of Jeep Wave?

A vehicle is a large investment, and it is common sense to take the best care of it as you can. Jeep Wave helps owners give their Jeep this level of care by covering the cost of the first three oil changes and tire rotations within the first six months of ownership. These free services are covered at any authorized Jeep service center, including the one here at Pearson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Jeep Wave also covers the cost of same-day car rental during preventative maintenance appointments, making your next service visit more convenient. What Jeep Models are Eligible for Jeep Wave?

Jeep Wave memberships have been expanded to all purchased or leased Jeep® Brand vehicles starting with the 2021 model year. Select 2020 Jeep Brand vehicle models and trims are available. For more information or to find out if your Jeep is part of the Wave program, give us a call! 2023 model year Jeeps in the Wave Program include Cherokee, Compass, Gladiator, Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee 4xe, Renegade, Wrangler, and Wrangler 4xe.

Jeep Wave FAQs

Who is eligible for Jeep Wave?
Beginning with 2021 model year, all Jeep® vehicles are automatically enrolled into the Jeep Wave® program. For 2016-2020 model year vehicles, only select vehicles are automatically enrolled into the program: Wrangler and Gladiator - all trim levels, Grand Cherokee - Overland, Summit, SRT®, Trailhawk®, Trackhawk® and High Altitude trim level, Cherokee, Compass and Renegade - Trailhawk trim level.

Can owners buy in to the Jeep Wave program?
Yes, owners of 2015 model year and newer Jeep Brand vehicles not already enrolled in the Jeep Wave program can do so for an additional cost via the Jeep Wave page in the Care section of their owner account or by visiting us hear at Pearson!

When does membership in the Jeep Wave program begin?
Membership for Jeep Wave included as part of an eligible vehicle purchase begins on the vehicle's in-service date. For those who purchase Jeep Wave, membership starts on the date of membership purchase.

Can members have more than one Jeep Wave® membership?
Yes. Members can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

How do the maintenance services work?
Jeep Wave members can go to participating U.S. authorized FCA US LLC dealers, like us here at Pearson CDJR, to redeem their oil change and tire rotation services.

Can owners renew their membership?
Yes. Owners will be able to renew their membership using the buy-in function on the owner site or by visiting their local dealer. Owners who are opted in to receive Jeep Wave® communications will be given advance notice of their membership end date and instructions on renewal.  Owners will also be notified of the opportunity to renew on their Jeep Wave account page.

What happens to the Jeep Wave membership if the vehicle is sold?
If the vehicle is sold, the Jeep Wave® membership for all membership types, along with any unused benefits, is null and void.
